Our Opening Times
Our office and warehouse will be closed from 3pm on Wednesday the 22nd December 2021 and reopening again on Tuesday the 4th of January 2022. You will still be able to place your order(s) online 24/7, but these will NOT be processed nor dispatched until our return in January.
Collections can be still made up until we close at 3pm on the 22nd December 2021.
Delivery Times
As with any Christmas period, delivery times are only a guide and not set in stone due to the volume our couriers have to deal with especially with the continued pandemic this year, not to mention any weather conditions!
Standard Delivery (Royal Mail) - Royal Mail has advised us that in order to receive your parcel before Christmas using this service your order needs to be placed before the 18th December 2021.
Our last dispatch date for standard delivery will be on the 22nd December 2021 so you should expect to receive this over the Christmas period.
Premium Delivery (DPD Local) - In order to receive your order before Christmas, you will need to place your order before 2pm on the 22nd December 2021, (providing our stock levels allow this) this then should be will you the following day but not guaranteed due to the delivery volumes DPD Local will have to undertake.

We are already excited for 2022 as we will be bringing a lot more new and interesting products to our website along with new features to help our customers enjoy their experience on the website.
