Here at The Handle Studio we are more than happy to assist with any returns, amendments or issues with orders. The best thing to do is to contact us first before taking any further steps, this way we can advise on the best solutions to proceed.
Returns
It can be quite difficult to envisage some products when you are buying online, that's why at The Handle Studio we're more than happy to accept back goods. So if you simply don't like the item, think it doesn't suit, isn't the right shade of colour you need, or maybe you've ordered the wrong size, whatever the reason may be, you can always send it back to us.
The best things to do is to reach out to us within 14 days of receipt of your order, this way we can start the return process for you and advise you the best way to proceed. We always ask that the items are sent back to us well-packaged inside the parcel, so they can not get damaged in transit back to us, and also including your original sales invoice. Please note: When opening the items, we ask that you cut the plastic bag as close to the edge as possible, this allows us to reseal the bag and avoid any re-bagging fees deducted from your refund.
Amendments
In some circumstances we may be able to add to orders, cancel items or change details. This can depend on when the order was placed and if it is in the process of being dispatched. The best thing to do is to contact us with your enquiry and we can look into it straight away.
Issues with an order
In rare circumstances there can be issues with orders, in any situation where there is an issue with the order, we implore you to reach out to us straight away so we can rectify any potential error or issue at the quickest possible convenience.
