Ordering Samples
Are you not sure that the cabinet handle or knob you see on our website will suit?.
Ordering one of our full size, full price handles to view in the comfort of your own home could not be easier. Select a single item, or multiple single items across our range and just add them to your basket. In the basket page you will be asked if it is a sample order. By ticking YES, you will receive a discount voucher along with your samples, and this then can be use against your follow up order after you decided which sample is right for you.
You can purchase as many different sample items as you wish, but only 1 item per product type. Please be aware that this offer does not include any product within our Door Furniture category, such as internal door handles and knobs, internal door hinges, locks or latches. Any unwanted sample products can be returned in their original packaging (please open carefully by cutting as close to the sealed edge as possible, or a re-bagging fee of 10% per item may be charged if we are unable to reseal it) for a refund of the goods cost, within 28 days from the date of purchase.
Please contact us and we shall provide you with a returns authorisation code. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of our receiving the unwanted goods. It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are well packaged as we will not refund any item that reaches us with damage caused during transit. You may need to include additional packaging if you are returning only a part of your order, to prevent those being returned from banging against each other during transit. Goods returned outside of this 28 day timescale will incorporate a minimum restocking fee of 20%, and a handling charge of £1.99 per parcel if outside the 28 days and within 60 days. Goods returned outside of this time (after 60 days) will not be refunded. Full details regarding returning items can be found on our returns page.
