No quibble returns policy at The Handle Studio.
Should you find yourself in the position of not wanting to keep your order from us, we will quite happily accept it back.
It can be quite difficult to see what something is like when buying from a website, that's why at The Handle Studio we're more than happy to accept back goods without question. So if you simply don't like the item, think it doesn't suit, not the right shade of colour, or maybe you ordered the wrong size, whatever the reason, you can send it back.
Goods to be returned must reach us in a resalable condition with it's packaging to obtain a full refund. There is a timescale to returning products, generally 30 days, however with the situation of lock downs and isolations continuing into this year, we are very lenient and will give extensions to anyone that requires it.
When returning items, please always make sure you enclose a note of your name and address so we know who it came from and can refund you accordingly.
Should items arrive back to us that need to be rebagged, a small fee will be deducted from the refund. Any item returned damaged or showing signs of being used will not be refunded. The return postage will be payable by you and isn't refundable, however if you return a complete order, you will get that order value refunded in full.
