What does it mean, “no lacquer finish”, ?
Are they likely to wear? I am hoping for kitchen cabinets which will have lots of use. If not suitable, please recommend something similar?

Thank you for your enquiry. No lacquer finish just means that there isn't a lacquer applied. The lacquer is not a protective coating it just gives the handle a sheen.
The wear and tear on both lacquered and unlacquered finishes are exactly the same.
