I was impressed with the ease of ordering, the resulting service and the goods I received so promptly. But what really bowled me over was the customer service. I rang the office as, after registering I could not read my order in my account. The problem was put right within an hour when I received an e-mail and everything was reset without further delay. The lovely lady in the office was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and a credit to the company. I will certainly use The Handle Studio again as and when required and recommend them to anyone.

So pleased with my purchase. Handles arrived very quickly and are just what I wanted.
I bought these to replace old handles one of which broke as I can't afford a new kitchen. Followed measurements on the website and they match perfectly. Bought 2extra just in case. Cupboards are still as new build was in 1990s with new handles that match previous ones and drawer handles. Thank you and I would recommend as the lady said if I found it hadn't matched I could return them for a refund, obviously unused. Packaging excellent, handles very sturdy, what more can you ask.
