How To Order From Us

Sometimes purchasing online can be quite confusing, so at The Handle Studio we have made this as easy as 1, 2, 3 when placing an order with us.

Step 1 - Choosing Your Products

Use the categories menu on the left hand side of the page (shown here below) to choose your style of cabinet handle or knob, for this demonstration we have choosen D Handles... then click on your finish... eg..Stainless Steel, a page will list showing the products relating to the handle finish that you have chosen.

Alternatively, you can do a search for the type of finish you require by selecting the finish type in the choose your finish box noted below the categories, and this will display all the products that we have in that finish.

Once you have decided which type of product and the finish you require you can view the product information such as the sizes that are available and the prices for each product. In the picture below we have chosen a size 298mm in length with 256mm hole centres this is simply done by clicking the black dot on the size you require, enter the quantity number and click add to basket, in this case we have added 5 Qty as shown below.

If you also require different sizes simply click on the size and enter the quantity you require to the basket, you will then see the total amount for your order and also your delivery costs, the maximum amount you will pay would be £6.99 (UK Mainland Only) and any order over £79 will be free of charge. Then simply click to check out to the next page.

Step 2 - Filling Your Address Information

Simply enter your delivery address first and to make things easier we have added a postcode find button to save you some time, please see picture below

If you wish to have a separate billing address,  please tick the box and complete the details needed. Once you have filled in your delivery and billing address details please click the Save To Continue Button which then will show you our payment methods available.

Step 3 - Payment Methods

If you have seen our samples page and only purchasing a sample then please add 'Yes' to the box shown in the picture below, otherwise please add 'No' or leave blank.

Now you will see 3 payment methods available below, Pay by Credit/Debit Card, Pay By PayPal and Pay By Google Checkout all of these payment methods are in a safe and secure environment for placing your order with us.

After using your choosen payment method and your order has been confirmed you will receive confirmation emails from us, then on preparing your order and when your order has been dispatched you will also receive an email to confirm this to keep you up to date with the process of your order.
