If you are not sure that the cabinet handle or knob you see on our website will suit, you can simply purchase one as a sample. Our samples are not free of charge.

Once you have received your purchase and you decide to buy more, the postage paid on the sample order will be refunded back to you, meaning you will only pay for the goods you want and the main order postage cost.

To qualify for this offer simply add the cabinet handle and/or cabinet knob to your shopping basket and proceed through to the check out screen, where you can confirm your order is a sample where prompted. A voucher code will be noted on your sales receipt which will be sent to you with your sample order, and this will allow you to claim back the postage cost paid on that sample order, this can be used only once and it is your responsiblity to apply it. This voucher code MUST be added to the corresponding box that asks for the voucher code, which will appear in the basket when placing your follow up order, otherwise the refund offer WILL NOT apply. However this must be done within 30 days of your sample order purchase date, after which it will be invalid and can no longer be used.

You can purchase as many different sample items as you wish, but only 1 item per product type. Any unwanted sample products can be returned in their original packaging for a refund within 30 days of purchase, please contact us and we shall provide you with a returns authorisation code. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of our receiving the unwanted goods.
