Delivery Information

At The Handle Studio Ltd we are commited to bringing you a fast, efficient and cost effective way of delivery.

All of our products are packaged carefully and in most cases they are wrapped individually in protective covers. We also use recycled packaging whenever possible and also use bio-degradable packing materials.

Your Order

All of our orders are processed the same day and in stock items are packed and dispatched within 48hrs, and you will receive an e-mail saying that your order(s) have been dispatched from us providing you have given a valid e-mail address. In most cases our customers receive their order within 3 working days but please allow up to 7 working days before contacting us unless stated otherwise.

In the rare occasions when an item(s) is out of of stock, we aim for deliveries to be dispatched within 7 - 10 working days but we will contact our customers either via e-mail or telephone to confirm delivery date.

Delivery Prices

All of our delivery prices are determined by the weight of the product and its destination, so the following applies,

For all addresses with a UK postcode:             

Orders up to weight of 250grams = £2.99

Orders between 251 and 750grams = £3.99

Orders between 751grams and 1Kg = £4.99

Orders between 1.001Kg and 1.5Kg = £5.99

For mainland UK only:

Orders between 1.501Kg to 28Kg = £6.99

All orders over £79 in value will be delivered free of charge, light parcels up to the weight of 1.5kg will be delivered by Royal Mail recorded signed for service, for parcels over 1.501kg these will be delivered by courier service.

For Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Highlands & Islands

Orders between 1.501kg to 28kg = £11.99

Free delivery is not available on any order.

For Jersey & Guernsey

Orders between 1.501kg to 28kg = prices are given on request only.

Free delivery is not available on any order.

Please note that on the very rare occasion of adverse weather conditions, your order may be delayed for longer than the stated period of time. Unfortunately we have no control over this, however we would like to assure customers that everything would be done in our power to get your order delivered to you as quickly as possible.

We cannot be held responsible for any parcel, dispatched by us, and is then lost in transit to you. We will however investigate the matter on your behalf with our couriers, and put a claim in for you. Whilst waiting for the claim to be completed, you can place a new order and purchase the items online should you still wish to have the goods.
